Committed to providing full care and support for children and young people

Focused Care & Support

Providing Stability, Care, Sense of Security, Belonging and a Nurturing Environment

We are proud to introduce our new Ofsted-registered residential home, a safe and nurturing place for children and young people aged 8 to 17 of all genders.

Our home is built on the PACE approach (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy), which means we focus on building trusting relationships where young people feel heard, valued and understood. We know that many children come to us having experienced trauma or disrupted attachments, so we make emotional safety and connection our starting point for everything.

Every young person who lives with us is treated as an individual. We take time to understand their story, their strengths and their hopes for the future. With gentle guidance and consistent care, our team supports children and young people in key areas such as:

  • Education, learning and future goals
    • Emotional wellbeing and mental health
    • Healing from past experiences through safe and supportive relationships
    • Making sense of trauma, neglect or difficult life events
    • Building confidence, life skills and the ability to take positive risks

We want every young person to feel that this is a place they can call home for as long as they need it. Our aim is to help them grow in confidence, develop lasting resilience and believe in their own potential. When the time is right, we support each young person to:

  • Rebuild safe connections with family where possible
    • Move on to supported or independent living with confidence
    • Look forward with a sense of purpose and hope

We believe that every child should feel safe, respected and supported to grow. Our home is a place where young people can find stability, build meaningful relationships and begin to shape a future filled with confidence and hope.

Building Relationships

build positive relationships, with staff, peers,  families & friends

We encourage every child to express themselves, communicate openly, and build positive relationships, with staff, their peers, and their families and friends. We foster a home where children feel heard, safe, and supported.

Individual Support for Growth

Each young person has a personalised care plan that supports their growth and development. This includes:

  • Developing practical life skills
  • Building self-esteem and resilience
  • Learning how to manage emotions
  • Preparing for the future with the right guidance

At the heart of everything we do is the belief that every child deserves a stable, caring home where they can make progress, feel secure, and take confident steps toward the next stage of life.
